We’re seeking a dynamic and experienced Manager to lead our cutting-edge Aesthetic Clinic! If you have a passion for aesthetics, proven leadership skills, and a knack for creating exceptional patient experiences, this role is for you.

APPLICATION REQUIREMENTS:

  • Relevant Bachelor’s Degree (administration, sales, or other managerial degree)
  • Minimum of 5 years proven managerial experience in clinic or similar environment.
  • Strong leadership, business, organizational and computer skills.
  • Excellent communication and customer service abilities.
  • Be able to lead and inspire a diverse group of personalities.
  • Responsible, self-motivated individual, for a very dynamic environment not afraid to learn.
  • Sales skills.
  • Knowledge of aesthetic treatments and procedures.
  • Understanding of regulatory compliance in the medical aesthetic industry
  • Marketing industry trends, POPI act, infection control, labour law.

DUTIES WILL INCLUDE:

  • Oversee day-to-day operations, ensuring smooth running of the clinic.
  • Manage and inspire a team of aesthetic therapists (somatologists)
  • Develop and implement effective marketing strategies to attract new clients
  • Maintain high standards of client care and satisfaction
  • Stay updated on industry trends and incorporate innovative practices

HOURS:

  • 45 hrs per week including weekends
  • Clinic operating hrs is 8 to 18:00 Mondays to Sundays

REMUNERATION:

Competitive salary and performance bonuses
